Kyle will be participating in the 2024 Run to Home Base event in Boston at Fenway Park at the end of the month. This race is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to combat military suicide, a critical issue affecting our veterans and their families.

About the Run to Home Base Event

The Run to Home Base is an annual fundraiser organized to provide essential clinical care and support for veterans and their families who are impacted by the invisible wounds of war. The alarming rise in veteran and military suicides highlights the importance of this cause. In 2020, suicide was the second leading cause of death among veterans under age 45, with a rate 57.3% higher than that of non-veteran U.S. adults.

Home Base, the organization behind this event, has set an ambitious goal of raising $2.5 million this year. The best part? Thanks to generous sponsors, 100% of every dollar raised goes directly towards providing life-saving care to those in need.

Kyle O’Donnell is no stranger to the Run to Home Base. Last year, he impressively completed the 5K run in just 24 minutes. This year, he’s challenging himself even further by running 5 miles.
